La Vie Yoga Online Studio

Classes on-line can help to make the practice of Kaiut yoga more accessible for students out of state, or in other countries. It is also a way to practice with other students in the comfort of a home setting and still receive individual help and feedback.

Maryline opened her online studio ‘La Vie Yoga’ once she could no longer teach in person, in yoga studios in Colorado, due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Her primary goal was to help people of any age and any background to practice Kaiut yoga from the comfort of their homes.

She began with a couple of students and today her practice includes many students located in different parts of the United States, including a couple of students from Europe.

Feel free to contact Maryline for more information or check the tab “What is Kaiut yoga?” for more insight. Testimonials are also available.

Testimonial from Julie

I have been taking virtual Kauit Yoga classes with Maryline Roux twice weekly, for just over 4 years.

I am a masters track athlete, and as a former competing Master athlete herself, Maryline understands about the demands of training and racing for more mature competitors.

Practicing Kauit has improved my mobility, flexibility and mental skills, helping me to slow down and even reversing the impacts of aging on my body and performances. I am able to medal and to obtain records at national & world competitions, with Maryline’s help.

Maryline is an excellent Kauit teacher, who is always committed to further education. She knows the practice well and is skilled at teaching it, even with the virtual setting. She knows what to look for in the posture of her students, how to guide them and offer modifications. She pays close attention to detail and encourages us to challenge ourselves, physically & mentally in a safe environment.

Although, the class members are very diverse & spread throughout the nation, sometimes even world, Maryline’s genuine care and compassion toward  her students, which stretches far beyond the virtual classroom, brings us together as a supportive group. That said, Maryline is very focused on our individual challenges and needs. She has made it her mission to help us seek to be the best version of ourselves. I highly recommend Maryline and the practice of Kauit Yoga.

Julie is a Masters Track & Field Athlete who recently beat the previous world record for the 4x800 meter relay race, with her teammates Nancy, Lesley and Cheryl, on May 24, 2025.

Time: 11:47.94. Event: Down the Stretch Fest at George Mason University, May 24, 2025.
