On July 19-21, 2024, we embarked on our new journey with our inaugural La Vie Yoga retreat at True Nature Healing Art in Carbondale, Colorado.

My business partner Jen Curnutt and myself have been blessed to lead this retreat to fantastic guests. We shared unforgettable moments and our guests are already asking when and where the next retreat will be!

I believe that good health is one of the most important priorities in life. My hope is to introduce the benefits of the Kauit yoga practice in San Francisco at the annual event Soul Stroll.

I am honored to attend @TheBACHAC Soul Stroll in San Mateo, California on Saturday May 20th. I’m grateful to Rachel from the Stanford Cancer Institute for inviting me to be part of the health and wellness fair at this event.
