Maryline has been teaching Hatha Yoga for 15 years. In 2018, she discovered the Kaiut yoga practice. She connected right away with Francico Kaiut's method and embarked on his teacher trainings, first in Telluride, Colorado, and soon after in Amsterdam, Netherlands. In 2019, she began to teach Kaiut yoga in Colorado. Since COVID-19, she opened her own virtual yoga studio — "La Vie Yoga" — where she teaches group and private classes. Maryline continues her never-ending yogi education taking various virtual teacher courses with Francisco Kaiut.

Kaiut Yoga was created by Francisco Kaiut in Brazil. Today there are 18 schools and approximately 1,000 teachers around the world. When she tried her first Kaiut class at the end of 2018, Maryline knew by the end of the class that she had found what she was seeking—a yoga practice for everyone; the Kauit Yoga Institute's slogan's translation in Portuguese is "Yoga Para Todo Mundo." This yoga method humbled her in many ways and transformed her life. 

While our ancestors grew spending most of their time squatting, our modern lives revolve around sitting. Beginning in childhood, children sit at school, sit in cars, sit at computers, sit to watch movies, etc, and move their bodies less than decades ago. As a result, children grow differently and develop a different bone structure. Many adults develop chronic pain, spine issues, injuries, disease, and lack of mobility

The Kaiut Yoga method is simple. Through a series of classes, the students embark on a journey of personal discovery where they can realign themselves again with the ways of Nature. Kaiut Yoga is practiced on the floor and uses gravity as its main tool. The practice is non-aggressive and focuses on body awareness and the ability to be present, favoring the state of feeling instead of thinking. The ultimate goal is to combine a new biomechanical approach within the human body and create a new stimulus within the mind with optimum potency. 

With a consistent practice, students will experience many benefits, to name a few:
